We love the house numbers. They look great and work as expected. I really appreciate that Ross could do the numbers in the font of my choice.

I emailed Ross with a few questions before I placed my order. He was VERY prompt in his replies to my questions. After installing my sign it stopped working. I again sent Ross an email about it. Again, he was VERY prompt with his reply. In the end he sent me a new power supply. That was a week ago. My lights are now working and I was very pleased with the way Ross handled my problem. The finished product turned out well.
Note that the power supply for the led light strip is 1.9" thick. If you are going to hide the outlet behind the number board, be sure to plan accordingly.

Received my house numbers and they were exactly what I had been looking everywhere for. They are well made and we opted for the solar option and they work great. There was even a remote to control them if we need to. Overall, great experience. Can’t recommend enough!

The size we chose is bold and the beauty Ross created has elevated the curb appeal of our home. The product itself with the LED lighting inserted is very robust and should last for years to come. His installation instructions were thorough and when I had pre-installstion questions Ross was quick to respond and offered his direct contact info should I needed help which I didn't. This custom lighted address sign is lightweight, clean classy and the solar panel works great. Complete with an option for standing in the ground or hanging on your house (matching screws included). Ross keeps you posted on the progress of your sign and sends photos of the completed work before sending. The cost may seem a little high, but not once you see the finished product. He is a talented professional.

It’s a great product. The seller was also very responsive. Two tips 1) make sure you measure the size carefully. 100% my fault but I wish I went a little smaller. 2) really understand where you are putting it so you can hide the wire to the solar panel/battery. You might be able to to get the seller to route the wire from a specific corner (top/bottom/left/right) for ideal routing of the wire. All of that said, two thumbs up for a great product. The backlighting looks amazing at night.
